We were there for afternoon tea - one traditional, one vegan. Would very much recommend. Also for vegans! Was perfect. Book online!

The afternoon tea at Panoramic 34 was an absolute treat! From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable - attentive and friendly without being intrusive. And those views! Wow, they truly live up to the name. Sipping tea and nibbling on delicious sandwiches and cakes with the whole of Liverpool spread out beneath you is an experience you won't soon forget. The food itself was delightful. The sandwiches were fresh and flavorful, and the selection of cakes and pastries was both beautiful and tasty. The scones were warm and crumbly, just as they should be, and the accompanying jam and clotted cream were perfect.

I have visited here three times recently. Once for a really delicious weekday lunch; A second for an exquisitely presented afternoon tea, and most recently for a group (23) Special Sunday Lunch event! The staff are all lovely and very helpful and professional, but one member stands head and shoulders above the others, and that is Tom Bowry, the Concierge, whose customer interfacing skills, and attention to detail are five star! On all three visits, the ambience, the service and food have all been really excellent! The food is perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. There is also an extensive Cocktail and Wine list to choose from! And one would expect from a restaurant situated on the 34th floor of the West Tower, the views are truly spectacular, whether seen during the daytime or at night when the city is lit up! I am looking forward to my next visit to this iconic dining venue!

First visit to Panoramic 34 and extremely impressed. Staff were friendly & attentive, food served was excellent, and the views across the city and river were spectacular. Truly a dining experience not to be missed.

Wow what an experience from food, staff and service. We had the tasting menu and everything was delicious especially the scallops. Alex and Ivan looked after us and we’ve never had that level of service before they were well attentive and friendly.

What a night! This is not a cheap, quick bite however, this was the outline of my trip to Liverpool. I arrived a little early as my booking was at six however I wanted to see the city sliding into night life and I had my experience. I was seated to view the Liver building. To be completely open it made me tear up as I felt amazing! Looking at places I've been for past days and seeing the city settling down for the night was almost magical. I might sound emotional here, and emotional I was, however the way I looked at it it wasn't just a meal I paid for. It was the atmosphere, experience, treatment, the view and of course the food too! Food! Probably the best venison I ever had! Perfection! And lemon meringue was something. I didn't order any alcohol as I didn't want to spoil the tastes! That's how good the food was there! If I to return there I would probably go for seven meal tasting experience. Beautiful place, glad I chose it.

We visited Panoramic 34 during a trip from London and had an absolutely fantastic time. The views over Liverpool are breathtaking – you really do feel like you’re dining in the sky. It set the perfect tone for what turned out to be a truly memorable evening. The food was amazing – beautifully presented, full of flavour, and clearly made with care and creativity. Every course was a treat, and it’s clear why this restaurant has such a strong reputation. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, striking the perfect balance between professionalism and warmth. They made us feel relaxed and well looked after throughout the evening.

Incredible views of Liverpool. Service was excellent and our food good value for the money. Went to celebrate a birthday, and we were well looked after. 5 star service all round.
